Q1:Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are either a stockiest for hot rolled products or a manufacturer for forged products.

Q3: Man I visit your factory? How do I get there?
We welcome our clients at any time.
Just fly to BaoAn or GuangZhou international airport and we can arrange for a driver to pick you up and deliver you directly to our factory.
Q4:How can I get a sample?
We offer free samples of our available steel. Please contact us immediately if you need.
Q5: What payment options do you offer?
We provide a variety of payment options for you, including:
T/T (30% deposit, 70% on completion),
L/C,
D/A,
D/P,
Western Union,
Money Gram,
Q6:What are our product conditions / specifications?
For heat treatment:
We can supply Annealing, Quenching + Tempering(Q+T), Normalized + Tempering (N+T), or as per customer requirements.
For surface treatment:
We can supply bright, black, coated,sand blast or as per customer request..
Length:
Tool steel average length = 2000mm – 4000mm
Alloy structural steel average length = 3000mm – 9000mm
Carbon steel average length = 6000mm
(For shipment in 20 feet containers, we advise all cutting to be between 3000mm – 5800mm)
Tolerance:
We often list the tolerance in the contract and obey it strictly
Q7:What are the details of your after sales service?
1) We provide the necessary technical support to all of our customers, such as steel machining,steel performance and heat treatment data advice.
2) We provide the appropriate steel material technical parameters for customers in Germany(DIN), The USA(AISI), Japan(JIS), Britain(BS), and other standards.
3) If the quality of the steel material is problematic, our quality engineer will solve it in 24 hours.
Q8:Do you have any MOQ? Is it possible to have order which is not enough for a full container?
4) For our warehouse hot rolled,we have no MOQ,but we recommend that you collect various grades to be 20 tons for a full container(FCL); If it is not enough,we can delivery
by LCL(Less than container load).
